Our Terms of Agreement are simple regarding consignment:
1. If you sell your gear through us, you pay us what we agreed you would pay us.
2. If we send you a buyer, and said buyer decides to hammer you down more on the price, you still pay us the agreed dollar amount, unless you check with us first. We rarely have that problem though. We do most all of the negotiating and back and forth phone calls before the buyer calls you.
That is another great thing about consignment with us.
3. PLEASE PRACTICE SAFE TRADING... We are not responsible for deals gone bad. We have never had a problem, but if something happens it is not our fault. We bring buyers and sellers together through our consignment service. We are only the middleman. So please use your own judgment when dealing with people you don't know over the internet.
4. If you sell an item you have put on consignment on your own, please notify us so we can take it off our list.
5. All items are subject to approval by THE GEAR ORPHANAGE
